If you read their <A HREF="http://clustrmaps.com/faq.htm#updatefrequency" REL="nofollow">update frequency FAQ</A>, it turns out that you must get a certain percentage (10-20%) of hits beyond what you have now before the map -- or even the hit figures, apparently -- gets updated again.
