I saw this while out on a bike ride yesterday evening: I know it's Halloween, but putting happy skull balloons on your estate sale sign is still kinda weird.
Perhaps it relates to Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) which is on November 1st and 2nd. The skulls look like happy sugar skulls and not creepy Halloween skulls.
Yeah, I suppose they do look sort of Day-of-the-Dead-ish, and there's a big Salvadorean population on that area. Still weird to have them on an estate sale sign, I'd say, but they clash much less if they're construed in the Latin American way.
